A disabled U.S. Air Force veteran and Gulf War veteran, Jerry leads YGH Tech as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, reflecting both his military service and the company's strong commitment to mission-focused excellence.

He has served in support of national security and defense missions, including work associated with the NSA, and has helped Fortune 100 enterprises and federal organizations including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and Department of Energy improve operations, enhance performance, and achieve strategic objectives.

Jerry is committed to delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes through continual improvement in product development, operational efficiency, and mission execution. He actively mentors companies in the government contracting space and supports Christian youth initiatives and military outreach programs.

What distinguishes Yvonne's leadership is her ability to integrate human behavior with technical execution. Her background includes years of experience navigating complex personal and professional environments where decision-making, resilience, and structure were essential. This perspective allows her to develop solutions that are not only technically sound, but practical, sustainable, and aligned with how people actually operate.

In addition to her role at YGH Technology Consultants, Yvonne is the founder of EQGenix Inc., a performance-driven emotional intelligence company, and Life in Darkness (LID), a faith-based initiative focused on suicide prevention and mental wellness.
